Borusan Holding A.Åž. is a leading Turkish industrial conglomerate based in Istanbul, with operations in steel manufacturing, automotive distribution, energy generation, and logistics. Founded in 1944, the company has grown from a trading business into a multinational group active in 11 countries across three continents.

The company produces steel pipes and galvanized steel, and it is Turkey's largest galvanized steel producer through its joint venture, Borcelik, with ArcelorMittal.
