Mahaonline Limited is a public unlisted company established in 2010 through a joint venture between the Government of Maharashtra and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS). It operates in the business services sector, focusing on e-Governance initiatives for the state of Maharashtra, India. The company aims to enhance e-Governance by integrating citizen portals with government systems, particularly through its DigiGOV platform.

MahaOnline offers a variety of online citizen services accessible to residents in both rural and urban areas via Common Service Centres (CSCs). These services include the issuance of land extracts, birth and death certificates, and other government documents. The company also supports local employment by staffing these CSCs with around 35,000 individuals, with plans to double this workforce. Additionally, MahaOnline develops and maintains websites for various Maharashtra government departments, providing information in both Marathi and English to ensure accessibility for the public.
