Clipchamp is a web-based video editing platform founded in 2013 in Brisbane, Australia. The company aims to empower everyone, particularly non-professionals, to create and share engaging video content easily. With over 14 million registered users across 250 countries, Clipchamp has rapidly grown since launching its first version of browser-based video editing software in 2014. In September 2021, Clipchamp was acquired by Microsoft and became integrated into Windows 11 in March 2022.
