INGRYD Academy is a technology training and outsourcing organization based in Nigeria. It focuses on connecting tech talents with business opportunities to address the digital skills gap and promote business innovation globally. Founded by Khadijat Abdulkadir, the academy has trained over 8,500 tech talents and produced more than 4,500 graduates, with a placement rate of about 30%.
