Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) is a Nasdaq-listed aviation holding company. It specializes in aircraft leasing, cargo and passenger air transport, and related services. ATSG offers Boeing 767 freighter leasing through its Cargo Aircraft Management division. The company also provides cargo and passenger ACMI/charter operations via its subsidiaries, which include ABX Air, Air Transport International, and Omni Air International.

Additionally, ATSG delivers maintenance and engineering services through Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services. Its customer base includes both domestic and foreign air carriers, as well as companies that outsource their air cargo needs.
