Total Networks provides IT support services and business consulting services for Phoenix area businesses who place a premium on IT security & proactive planning to ensure that everything works correctly in the first place. For most clients, we are an IT Managed Service Provider, which means that we provide complete outsourced IT support for businesses for a fixed monthly fee. For these clients, we are our clients'​ IT Department and help them improve their experience with technology.

Additionally, we assist larger businesses with internal IT Departments in with technology planning, security, document management, infrastructure/server upgrades/management or backup/escalation assistance. These clients engage with us either under a managed services, monthly support agreement or on a project/consulting basis.

Total Networks is the only IT Services firm in Arizona to have obtained the CompTIA Security Trustmark, a trusted third party attestation of compliance with industry best practices for IT security. Services include IT outsourcing, IT support, IT consulting services, IT technology assessments and IT security assessments. We provide business consulting assistance with regular security risk assessments for proper management and to assist firms as they work to comply with HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, and other regulations.

Total Networks is focused on helping our IT Managed Services clients create and maintain an up-to-date written technology plan & budget and execute around those plans. Our superior level of regular, proactive planning, communication, and regularly scheduled on-site consulting and support distinguishes us from other IT companies.
