Blue Arch Investments, Inc. is a privately funded real estate investment group acquiring commercial properties primarily in the Western portion of the United States. Our primary acquisition focus is undervalued or underperforming properties with potential upside through repositioning or redevelopment. We prefer debt free assets, but we also evaluate opportunities with debt. With significant capital resources and a team of experienced and talented individuals, we are able to react quickly to all opportunities.
