Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow

Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow (OBT) is a non-profit organization founded in 1983 by Sister Mary Franciscus, RSM. Its mission is to empower disadvantaged and at-risk populations, particularly youth, by helping them recognize their self-worth and achieve self-sufficiency through education, job training, and employment services. OBT primarily serves out-of-school, unemployed, and at-risk youth and adults in New York City, with locations in Brooklyn and Queens.
